I have ordered a baby product, “Pampers active baby diaper” worth Rs.1394 on 25th December 2022. The expected delivery date was 29th December 2022. I received the call at evening from the delivery agent and told him the route to my home on 29th December 2022, he replied he is near to my home and will reach there and give a call back. But minutes later I receive a message stating Delivery will be attempted the next working day. The next working day that is on 30th December 2022, I waited till 9pm and still didn’t receive the order. Instead I receive the same status Delivery attempted and reason being couldn’t contact customer. My number was active and I even contacted the customer care multiple times that day but still didn’t receive any calls from them. And the next working day the status waa still the same.
