I’m order a pre-paid ordered cloths on Myntra app for Dussehra shopping, the order conformed that delivery on 15th-Oct-2023, order dispatch nd reached Hyderabad on 14-Oct-2023 but not moved from there and delays from 15th-Oct-2023. I raised a complaint on same day.
They said Resolution of order delivery by 21-Oct-2023 but it’s not happen.
I need this specially for dussehra festival, festival completed but I’m not sure of revised delivery date. Finally today 25-Oct-2023 they cancelled order delivery without any information regarding and refunding the amount.
I need to compansation of my waste of time and main Dussehra festival I’m not get my clothes and I don’t have money to parchuse because already I’m paid pre paid order.
Pls take my complaint and compansation of 10x of my order for my emotions nd festival
