Hello team,
I have ordered a zebronics zeb-feel 4 60 w bluetooth Home theater
Today at morning I received a msg that my order is out for delivery and it will be delivered to me from 11:30am-3:30pm then I call the wish master that i need that order and they assured me to deliver at 2pm
Now at 7pm when return called them and ask for delivery they declining and said that they haven’t any car to deliver the order
Why should I face such prblm can you tell me and from which time I’ll get that order
Being an flipkart facility employee it’s so embarrassing to me
If I have to face such problems then the common people get worst service from there
Please take care of the matter
The delivery hub is : Bandel delivery hub of ekart logistics
I wish a quick reply from the help team and resolve the problem as soon as possible
