1. I have a Amazon prime membership and even after that I am not able receive my orders on time. And this happen most of the time.even I have a booked the order for particular time slot it’s not getting delivered on time.once or twice we can understand but that happening so many times.we are paying for prime membership for on time delivery but no use
2. When approached to customer service/chat windows they gave the same reason of technical issues.
3. According to customer guidelines when asked for late delivery compensation they says this issue is not from our side so we cannot compensate and as a prime member we are not taking delivery charges.i think according to prime advertisement from Amazon , to avoid delivery charges and for on time delivery we are taking prime membership. So from my experience I conclude that prime membership is of no use.
3. On chat windows when asked for compensation they directly closed the chat window saying there no response from 1 min so we are closing the windows even when I replied.
I had not asked for any compensation even after so many late deliveries but this time the behaviour from Customer care side is rude and mean.
So I want compensation for late delivery.
