Text of Complaint by DEEPAK PANDAV:

On 19 February 2025 I had placed order for UJJi Stylus Pen with Led Light When Writing Black Ball Pen bearing order id – Order # 171-0012768-3324376 which was about to be delivered on 24th Feb 25.

I got the delivery message on 24th Feb 25 that it will be delivered late by 10pm, meanwhile I got a call from the delivery executive who told be that it was his work off on 24th Feb 25 but still be did half day work and now will not be able to deliver the package to my address but will drop the same on 25th Feb 25 by 12 noon.

I requested him saying that it was a gift to be given on midnight to my family member and asked him to deliver no matter late on 24th Feb 25 but he refused to do the same and disconnected the call.

Later I called the Amazon customer care team at 8:15pm reporting them this issue where the executive told will take personal attention and try to get the delivery done on 24th Feb 25 itself. He also mentioned that he has raised a complaint about the executive against his misbehaving for denying the delivery.

At 10pm midnight I got a missed call from the Amazon delivery no and immediately thereafter I received message saying that they tried to contact me, but I was unable hence delivery cannot happen on 24th Feb 25 and so rescheduled on 25th Feb 25.

Immediately after reading this message, I called on the same no then someone disconnected the call.
I spoke with the Amazon customer care executive at night 10pm and narrated the issue happened with me, the executive again told me that complaint is already registered and asked me to wait for 72 working hrs. I then asked for escalation to the floor manager, there I spoke with the available manager who also pacified with me the same answers which the executive gave. I requested him to at least get the delivery done by 9am on 25th Feb 25 where he told will try but cannot promise.

Today the executive Mr. Sahil delivered the package at 12noon as per his request and wish to my Neighbour room and called me and informed the same.

I just want to tell the Amazon team if the delivery is goanna happen as per the delivery executives wish then why is the deadline date and time given at the time of placing the order????

Are customer’s fools to do the booking as per the given delivery date and time and again do not get the delivery due to the executive’s problem????

There was no question of a particular executive to deliver the package on the given deadline. My surprise went waste because of your delivery executive’s mistake.

I am very disappointed with the delivery boy’s behavior. I would expect some serious action taken on him or else I will drop shopping on Amazon here after.
