I have been ordering food with zomato from past few days and each time I pay in full for my order with taxes and delivery charges in advance, but my order gets delayed everytime. Zomato has problem with their system where delivery guys are not assigned correctly and order gets delayed.
I have screenshot of chat and recording of call with them, where all they do is apologize but order always late….I end up eating cold food.. Please take their license back
