Text of Complaint by Shubham Kashyap:

I have order Luminous inverter battery on 6 September 2023 from Flipkart using my Flipkart pay later emi option due to which 7281 rupes had been deducted from the Flipkart pay later balance .
The order was to be delivered on 15 September 2023 but it got rescheduled on 22 September I waited and asked for the reason which was provided unclear than again it got rescheduled to 29 sep again the same step is repeated no help was provided to me from Flipkart. The order again got rescheduled to 3 October 2023.
My Emi bill will be generated on 1 October 2023 but delivery is yet not processed neither I got delivery agents details nor they are cancelling the order as per my request.
My credit score will be affected by this .
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
