I ordered my product from Amazon on 17th may and the delivery date was showing as 20th May. But the product reached the destination on 19th May early morning and in between I contacted Amazon customer care several times to request for early delivery but instead of that they rescheduled it for later date i.e., 22nd May just because of some agent. So because of Amazon team I am the one who is facing the problem even after the product is reached to the destination. I have been calling everyday and they are telling me the same thing every time that be sure you will get the product by today be patient I am taking in this as my priority. Till 20th night it was showing rescheduled on 22nd May 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. but from 22nd May morning the time slot is disappeared and its only showing arriving today.
So for all this when I ask for compensation they are just pain me rupees hundred as a token of apology which is not enough for the problem because to me from 3 to 4 days.
