Text of Complaint by Vikram D Kanara:

I have order solimo study desk on 4th jan and it shows scheduled drlivery on 18th and product has arrived on time and put it at home. And i asked about installation but drlivery boy behaved rudely and therefor i decided to ask amazon i called on customer care meanwhile drlivery boy take that study table and bring it back to and cancelled the order without my consent. them

And thus i ordered on 18th again that order and assurance given by amazon that product will be delivered on or before 22th but didnt happn.

Then after so many talk with amazon they promised me to deliver that product on or before 24th jan but still it not done. Product has arrived at delivery station here on 23rd jan but not delivered to me.

Now as on today 25th jan i talked with seniour executive the just behave rudely and non co operative not giving satisfactory reply or resolution. Rather they blocked my calls and chat option on app so that i cant contact them. And still product has not been deliver.

I am very disappointed after this product deliver i decided to close amazon account and wont prefer to order anything from this platform now onwards
