I placed an order on 3rd Oct 2021. At the time of booking it was mentioned that the order will be delivered on 7th, however no order is delivered. On 8th I have called to the Amazon customer care service and they informed me that I’ll get the order on 8th but no order is delivered to me and no delivery agent has contacted me. In return on the same day at 10pm I receive a sms stating delivery agent contacted to my number but my number was not in coverage area. However, I have not received any miscall notifications. On the same day I called to customer care service and they informed me that the order will be delivery on 9th. I have been waiting for the order on 9th but still no order received. Once again I contacted to the customer care service and they sent me a mail that the order will be delivered before 10 p.m. but I have not received any order. When I I called back to the customer care one of the agent said it’s a false mail. The executives and the escalation desk team members have been giving me a false commitments and ensured that the order will be delivered 9th but still no order received. Upon tracking the status for delivery it’s mentioned that no attempt is done for the delivery. And no resolution given from customer care. Its been 3 to 4 days that my order is delayed and no one has contacted me so far.
