I complained to airtel about the network issues I am facing last month. And I also told them if you cannot solve my problem please disconnect. And let me know. But there is no efforts shown. I cannot even speak to someone no matter at what place I am. And now I am getting bills from airtel and theYy have stopped all the services. What about my complain? You are not solving my problem but you want me to pay the bill! Still if you cannot solve please disconnect and I need answer this time. I cannot call the customer service number to tell about the problem facing. There is no point of paying the bill if I am not getting the service and my problem are being avoided. If you have not solved the problem of my 1st bill. How can you send me the 2nd bill without even solving my problem.
