I received your email on 4th of august 9.45 am & same email received on 7th august 12.49 am you will be able to place a new order 48 hours after receiving this email. ( 2 times I have received this email, Last 11 days I have been trying to call & email but still my problem has not been solved.
I think Amazon doesn’t have any interest in solving my problem.
I am really surprised that no one is ready to solve my problem.
I have seen very poor service in my life. because , I have to explain every think with number of people.
