I ordered a MSI Laptop from flipkart and on 5/10/2021 which was later delivered to me on 11/10/2021. But the laptop was defective and i placed a replacement request with them on 11th oct itself.
It’s been a month now and the replacement was not delivered to me. Now I’m stuck with a faulty laptop with no where to go and due to the delay caused by flipkart in delivery the laptop replacement policy has lapsed on today itself i.e 7/11/2021.
