Dear Support Team,
I Mr. Vikram Banerjee, had ordered for a Laptop, from Addmecart, Mail id—info@addmecart.com.
The Product ordered–Life digital zed series two in one laptop, Date of order—-17-07-2021, Order id—71107700365281, Amount paid—Rs.11595.00.
After repeated follow up thru. mail and whatsapp. I had not received the item for a long time, so later on September, I requested for the cancellation and asked them for the refund. They have accepted and said that they will refund his money. But till date I did not get his refund.
Plz. help.
