Flipkart has repeated complaints about the return of its laptop. Since June 29, I have complied more than 20 times. I have told Flipkart’s customer care many times. The display of the laptop I received is not working. The display of the laptop is faulty when i start the laptop nothing shows on its display. Wishmaster sent by Flipkart courier partner told me that the company that sent me the laptop image has a wallpaper inside the laptop, show me the wallpaper. Now that the display itself is not working, how do I show him the wallpaper. I have been to Flipkart courier partner’s office 2 times. All the employees there tell me that your product is very expensive, we will not accept it and put it at risk. Even if you return 10 times, we will not take it back. And now they rejected my return 2 times without telling me. I mentioned this issue repeatedly on flipkart, today it has been 1 month and 7 days but so far they have not solved my problem.
