I had purchased a brand new laptop of Life Digital Brand online from Amazon.in. Of which order no./invoice no. and order date are mentioned above. Now after 11 months my laptop got suddenly OFF and not getting Powered ON anyhow. According to Amazon, they had given me 1 year warranty so in order to get inwarranty repair service I tried to search its service center on google but unable to find any single service center within all India. Then I called Amazon Customer Service and explained them my problem. Amazon customer service gave me a link to chat to the seller who sold me the device, I followed the link and chatted with whoever was on other side and explained all issue. They told me that they will contact me through email but till date no any news from their side.
I again called Amazon Customer Service and explained them my problem. This time another amazon executive talked to me and gave me a contact no. of the seller and told me to talk to the seller who sold me the device, I followed the instruction and called on that phone number, call was auto-picked up and an answering machine told me to select Hindi language and then gave me option to log new complaint or existing complaint. After selecting new complaint option they put my call on hold and then no response from them. I continue that call for 7-8 minutes and then disconnected coz of no response. After that call ended I received a whatsapp message from Fireboltt Customer Care. A bot was talking to me and same process of logging new complaint was followed in chatting. After selecting new complaint option, they gave me a link of their website to log in new complaint – “https://fireboltt-complaint.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new”. I opened this website to log my complaint but there was no any laptop listed in their product selection list. It seems as if it was fireboltt company website which only manufacture earphones/earbuds/bluetooth speaker etc.
Now what should i do ? On 27th july my laptop’s warranty will get expired. Why Amazon.in was selling those Goods and giving 1year warranty on them when its service is not available in india ?
I want total refund of my product from Amazon.in. I had paid 16990/- for this waste company laptop.
