I ordered a laptop on flipkart app on 11aug and expected delivery date was showing as 15 aug. Today is 19 aug and they have not delivered my product and not yet provides valid reason for late delivery. Thier in app customer service chat is not replying satisfactory answer and always have same answer saying sorry for the inconvenience. Thier delivery partner either talk rudely when answering the call or do not answer. From 15 they rescheduled to 17 aug and now today is 19 aug. Because of thier misleading delivery dates I am unable to logon from home and losing my days salary. Who is gonna pay for my loss. They sent text message on Saturday 17th aug that they will deliver the product. But now it’s 19 th and i dont know even the reason for delay. No contact number to call and ask for delay. Worst customer service and lots of inconveniences because of flipkarts delay
