I purchased Acer aspire 315 57G laptop on 14 January 2021, now without any external damage whatsoever the laptop has stopped working. I took it to the nearest service center and they have told me its an issue with the motherboard and it needs replacement. The cost of this will be around 40,000 rupees.
I demand free replacement or repair for my product, since there has been no fault at my part here, there was no damage caused to the laptop from the outside, the body of the laptop and the parts had no damage done to them either, and it is only the bad quality of the product that is responsible for this.
