Grievance Details : Consumer is not satisfied with concern company response (Previous Docket No :- 4759384 Product Type -Laptop , Order Number- OD3285521764890091900, Date of Purchase – 07/07/2023 , Amount Paid – 41990 , Grievance / Reference Number – IN23072213535826091309 , Registered Mobile Number or Email id with Company – 7042402911 / ayan24601@gmail.com , status – The consumer is saying that he purchased laptop from Flipkart company and the screen is not working in his laptop , when consumer contact with the company they did not respond…Consumer raised a return request 14 times in company. Consumer sent 140 email in the company but still he did not got any resolution from the company side…The consumer wants his refund amount from the company side as soon as possible……. company is repeatedly canceling the return request of the consumer. Current Problem Status :- company had given NCH remark that the product will be picked up by 14/08/23, but today the company has again canceled the return request, the consumer wants the product to be returned by the company and the amount to be refunded.
