I order my pizza in lapinoz pizza at 10:13 and payment was done and amount was deducted from my account but my order was confirmed at 11:03 in the app, and it is dispatched on 11:23 , I want refund because of the system failure of lapinoz pizza app, in their refund policy there is written like if prder was not confirmed within 15 min we will refund you back but they are not picking my phone, and also outlet guy force me to take pizza, they also mark order as delivered and not giving me refund and I told him you are outlet guy so company will listen you more then if I raise my voice, they refused that , I mailed on their customer support mail, called on customer support number 20-25 times but no replies,
I want my money back please help me out on this, I attached valid proof in attachment please help me out to get my refund
