i took office on Rental basis on 2nd of March 2020 by Centurion property he gave me office G 160 Nano wing Hawre fantasia Business Park for that i paid him 1 month brokerage which is Fourteen thousand.

Deal as per agent done Fifty Thousand deposit and per month Fourteen thousand rent will be applicable.

i gave deposit to Owner Asha Naik Fifty thousand.

sir Nation wide lock down held on by 18 March 2020 for that business is shut with in 15 days.

on April 10th 2020 Agent Prasad Shirkar called me for March rent i told him for month of March i can give Rent but if lock down will be continue i won’t be able to give Rent while Agent said ok , this will not happen after his word i paid March month rent to owner by Father account.

horrific i face when Agent Prasad shirkar called me on May month and asked for April month rent i said him i don’t want office and you convinced me on April there will be no rent.

i decide to leave office and owner didn’t received my calls whole May month.

sir i am living in chembur to coming vashi in before May 31st 2020 require E pass how could i vacate her office.

sir on June month 1st week i went to Agent office where Owner Asha Naik on speaker phone told to Agent Evict them today and out his office stuffs from her place.

and applying May month Rent too i don’t know Sir what owner and Agent have Game plan.

ultimately they decide deduct 20 thousand from my deposit and refund thirty thousand but till date no refund received by Owner and she blocked my wbatsapp and not receiving my calls.

sir by very hard working and borrowing i  was adjust budget for start a office.

sir i face huge loss and since lock down there is no 1 rupees i earned.

i am very depress by finding your email id i found ray of hope.
