Text of Complaint by Arun Prakash:

I am charged for Amazon prime by Airtel, I faced the same issue last year i have very clearly informed them that i wouldn’t need that service after a huge struggle they removed that from my bill, its the same issue again hence i only paid the bill excluding the Pay for Amazon prime after trying to reach out to Airtel customer service for not less than 100 times and not able to reach through any medium of support from Airtel, Inspite of paying the actual bill my Internet and landline got disconnected which impacted my client call
