I have paid ₹3,00000 as a advance to purchase site measuring 30 ft by 40ft total 1200sq.ft. cost of site is ₹1000000, when I reached the A4 properties office for registration , office closed and all the contact numbers not in use. I Have agreement copy with me for ₹300000.
