Recently, I ordered a saree from Lakshmi Boutique, and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. They cleverly state on their website that they will not refund for slight color differences. Now I realize that all the products on their site look significantly different from what is displayed, and the material quality is also disappointing. I spent 1757.25, including delivery and convenience fees. The packing was pathetic and unacceptable, causing the saree to wrinkle badly.

I called them many times, but they didn’t answer or respond to my messages. Finally, I emailed them for a refund, but unsurprisingly, they declined without taking any responsibility. They take no responsibility once the product is dispatched. Their service is fraudulent, and their products are of poor quality. Now I see many complaints about this fraudulent boutique. I should have checked the reviews. What a shameful business they are running.
