Subject: Complaint Against Lakshmi Boutique – Order Delay and Refund Request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Lakshmi Boutique, represented by Ms. Anandi Prakash. I placed an order for a saree with Lakshmi Boutique on August 25th, 2023, and as of today’s date, September 8th, 2023, I have not received the ordered item. The delay has been ongoing for two weeks, and despite my inquiries, I have not received any satisfactory response or tracking details for my order.

The situation has been exacerbated by the unresponsiveness and vague promises from Lakshmi Boutique. Every time I have reached out to them, I have been met with the same reply: “the order will be dispatched next week.” This lack of transparency and accountability has caused significant distress, and I have reason to believe that I am not the only victim of this questionable business practice.

Moreover, I have discovered that Ms. Anandi Prakash, the proprietor of Lakshmi Boutique, is actively engaged in promoting her products through YouTube videos. However, it appears that she is failing to fulfill orders and disregarding the concerns of her customers. Several other individuals have also voiced their grievances against Lakshmi Boutique, highlighting similar issues.

In light of these circumstances, I formally request the following actions be taken:

1. A thorough investigation into the business practices of Lakshmi Boutique and Ms. Anandi Prakash, with a focus on their delivery and refund processes.
2. A directive to Lakshmi Boutique to provide a refund for my outstanding order, as they have failed to fulfill their obligation in a timely manner.
3. An evaluation of whether Lakshmi Boutique has violated any consumer protection laws or regulations.
4. Appropriate actions to ensure that Ms. Anandi Prakash’s YouTube channel, which appears to be involved in misleading advertising and fraud, is subject to legal scrutiny.

I am attaching copies of my order confirmation, payment receipts, and any communication I have had with Lakshmi Boutique as evidence for your reference.

I seek justice and a resolution to this matter, as I believe that I, along with other consumers, have been unfairly treated and misled by Lakshmi Boutique.

I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to protect the rights and interests of consumers.
