I ordered Saree on April 27 through Lakshmi Boutique website(.https://lakshmiboutique.co.in/). Few days later I could not login to their website to track the Saree status. I have been following up ever since and they never reply to my msg. As of June 11 I haven’t received the Saree yet. Whenever I msg they never reply to my msg. Neither attend my calls too. I have been calling continuously for the past few days and they never attend my call.

The Refund was done but still the customer Prabha still not closed the complaint.
Refund was done only on 12 June afternoon.
