We generally travel by 2ac or 3ac and this time we booked 1ac as we were traveling with our pet. The AC vent was not working and in the whole day we informed the TC and other staff members about the same. It was so hot inside the cabin and when we got tired and kept telling them a man came and started explaining on how the AC works. Dude we are not as dumb as you railway man. The other guy said there was a patient traveling and he didn’t require ac so that’s why it’s on slow. Like for 1 person the whole coach is suffering. So damn pathetic service by 1ac. It’s better to travel in plane than spending so much money in this bakwas train.
The train was 12925 Paschim Express mmct to Amritsar.
