I have order an item on 14th July, 2023. On website it was mentioned that it will be deliver by 25th July, 2023. I have waited until this time but item was not delivered. I contacted customer service and I got response to wait for another 4 days and it will be deliver. I continuously checking update on server about item but their is no information mentioned. After contacting again and again to amazon customer service they mention to get refund in next 4-5 working days.
This type of irresponsibility is not tolerate. I am being a prime member of them still I have to get so much trouble.
I am looking for an admittance of mistake about not providing transparent information, which leads me to not plan my other items which are relayed on an item I am expecting to get delivery.
