This is to inform you that My father Mr Prakash Chand Chandak got admitted in general ward of the Hospital on 16.10.2023 at 9 am and was getting treatment in Bed no 608. He had his operation on the same day and after being transferred to bed no 608 no one was there to look after him. In the night he called many times to the attendent to take him to wash room but no one attended. At last he called me up and and after I called the hospital they came to attend him. The same thing happened today morning when he called up the attendent. The blanket and bed cover provided to him was also dirty and when I told them to change it.. They said that nothing can be done now and they will not change. A image of the blanket is attached. Also they are delaying the discharge of Patient although the treating doctor has written discharge at 9 am
