Text of Complaint by Rohit Vishwakarma:

I purchased a pocox3pro in september in 2021 and on june 30 its screen turned grey and it started rebooting automatically after which it never started.i went to the service center near sriya square bhubnaeshwar ,there they told me that company will give u a new phone as replacement for the pocox3pro ,the new phone which they are providing me is pocox4pro ,though the name sounds fascinating but the features are very downgraded also the price of the new phone is low ,i was ready to except this but they are not providing me the charger which is used to charge the pocox4pro instead they told me to use the poco x3 pro charger which is a 32watt charger whereas the needed charger for the phone is of 67watt.so basically they are telling me to charge the phone with that 32 watt slow charger. I mean if they are not providing the specs in the new phone at least they should me the right acessories for the new phone.
