I ordered a lehanga for my wife from labethnic and ended up recieving different product than shown on the website. Return request placed through their website but lehanga has not been replaced and refund is stuck. Worst thing is the phone number, WhatsApp number and email ID are incorrect and unresponsive. This is clear case of cheating and even nationality as they are live on internet presenting themselves as Indian ethnic brand and behaving do responsibly.. plz take urgent action.
