I had done KYC on 02/02/2019 at Laxmi Mobiles by submitting all valid documents and paying 20/- Rs but still the KYC has not been done, it’s now more than 28hrs after doing KYC from your KYC points. Shop keeper hasn’t given cash payments bill of 20/-Rs. I am facing this issue. More over, I asked shop keeper about this issue, he told me to get connected to Paytm customer service. You don’t have service to serve better your customers. Please solve it with in 2 days.
