Text of Complaint by Sudipta Sengupta:

I was contacted one of the representative from TATA SKY for getting new WIFI connection from a contact number of 9082176591, the person addressed her name as Mis Manisha. As per the discussion, I shared my all KYC documents as aadhar card, rent agreement copy & photo. Depending on the KYC, she was supposed to create a consumer ID & shared with me. Also, she would arrange an installation service at my registered address for new WIFI connection & the date of installation is Sunday,31st Oct 2021. Unfortunately, till 30th Oct 2021, neither did I received any consumer ID not any call from the installation team. While I tried to contact the same no, she did not pick up the call. I am worried for misleading my KYC documents. Kindly do the immediate needful.
