- I completed my KYC details in 2018 and using Payton since then.
- At the time of KYC, the executive who visited my home, insisted on alternate number to complete KYC, failing which he said I will not be able to use the facility.
- He said it will be only for reference but is must.
- I had to give my office nbr.
- Now, last week my Paytm services were stopped due to incomplete KYC. I HAD GIVEN ALL DOCUMENTS still i was asked to give PAN card details, when I put in the details, it says that this card is attached to someother nbr.
- One person had called up from Paytm team n conveyed that the other nbr is attached which was my office nbr!
- What a goof up !!
- If KYC wasn’t complete, how did Paytm allow me to use for part over two years?
- I am putting messages, no response either thru App or thru call.
- Please help resolve at the earliest so that I zan use it during these Pandemic times
