Hi, Though Paytm have improved they KYC process. They dont stop from us transferring money to their valet, if KYC is incomplete. They just grab the money and block transactions. They are holding my money for quite some time now.
And when I try to complete KYC, they have representatives available at their own centres which are 20 km away and available only once a month schedule with just 2 hour time lot.
This is actually cheating the consumer, by taking money into valet and now asking to travel 20 km for KYC. That too as per their schedule.
