I have been using Paytm food wallet to receive my meal allowance for almost a year. I had also completed their video KYC process as it was one of steps required to open an account. This month their KYC department suddenly decides to block my food wallet saying my PAN is not verified. I have tried to complete the KYC process again but the app says it’s completed. Then I raised a ticket using their 24×7 support where they asked for a copy of my PAN and after submitting it they said it will be updated within 3 days. It’s been a week now and their customer care is conveniently not answering my calls or messages sent using the 24×7 support. It is really frustrating and a complete waste of time to follow up with them.
