I ordered a kurti from my aunt’s email on 14 July 2020 and received the confirmation email on 15jul that order is on the way but unable to track and didn’t receive the order yet. Order no 3344. Even no replies to the emails. I’ve sent emails twice on July 21 & 24th to atleast get information about the order or refund but no nothing, no reply at all. It’s such a shame that they give so good discounts and take money from the customers but don’t deliver the products. I request you to please look into this and either get the kurti or my money refunded back to me please.
