Hi,
We had bought Kurlon Matress , within 1 month it started sagging in the middle and giving us severe back pain. We complained to the company and after repeated follow up got a response saying that sagging is within the “approved” limits. The mattress has a warranty of 2 years. It is giving us severe backache.
