VI kumbakonam store is not allowing me to change my postpaid to prepaid and giving me false trust in making bill amount zero.
I visited vi store on march 12 to prepaid change from a postpaid number 9655991194. They replied me that they will not change in the mid of month and request me to come by 1 or 2 of the month. I argued for paying one more bill cycle and she said that she will make my entire march month bill as zero and proceess it if i come by 1 or 2.
I went today 9 april and said i am not available at 1 and 2 on the town and unable to come. They said the same as i have to come by 1 or 2 and there will not be any bill reduction and i have to pay both march and april months bill. And i argued about the previous visit and they said that my manager will send an email to process it now and will not cancel the bill. They said the person assured me is not available today and there is no plan available to cancel the bills. I was bit tensed and argues that i will not pay the bill as it was assured not to pay.
What is the policy of changing the postpaid only on 1 or 2?
It was not mentioned at the time of purchase
I hardly uses this number and i dont want to pay anything for it.
- I requested for the change at 12 april, may be from 1 to 12 april i will pay post that i will not pay.
