Text of Complaint by Mili Pratik Shiram:

I ordered Krypton K10 mobile from www.ezeephones.com website on 18/06/2020.I received SMS saying “Your payment (Id-329667074) of Rs. 4299.48 for online shopping is successful.”.After this i didn’t received any courier tracking id number of my order.Then on 20/6/20 i received SMS from QP-LOGSTF saying that “IN-TRANSIT-Dear Customer, Due to Covid-19 pandemic delivery of your order has been delayed.Your order is in-transit and should reach you within 5-7 days.Later on 23/6/2020 i received my order from DTDC courier (Shipment no.-700015148742). But the mobile phone which i ordered krypton k10 was not delivered, they delivered some other mobile (Orange B6-MAX1). Same mobile i returned back through Shree Maruti Courier (Tracking Id no.-20106100137025) on 27/6/20 with my self courier charges of Rs. 500/- on the address given on website. Now the courier is delivered to Ghaziabad-Ezeephones-To the Return Section on 1/7/2020. But as of now i.e 9/7/2020 there is no reply from ezeephones website. I request you to please refund my ordered mobile amount of Rs. 4299+courier charges Rs. 500/- as said on your website.
