I bought krinjan glass table from flipkart on 30 th October , since I received the product I lodged complaint about it until now it’s not resolved I received scratched and dented rusty product and ask for return or replace, technician visited 4 times every time he spoke to Jeeves krinjan table consultanti got the reference numbers and technician told the problem infront of me to jeevs and said to me they will definitely do either return or replaced, but flipkart everytime calls and says 24 hours it will get resolve but in a month how many hours they don’t know , everytime they call they says same thing wait 24 hrs after 24 hours they again says 24 hours, it literally harassment , we have hard earned money , I did biggest mistake by buying the table from flipkart and now getting harass by flipkart they not resolving problem every time gives 24 hrs , random people calls and ask the same thing over and over and I get everyday 5 to 6 calls and if call missed they sent msg we unable to reach , bloody hell how many people reached and spoke did they resolve my issue nooooo, no professionalism nothing , I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED OR REPLACEMENT
