I have purchased 3 garments worth Rs.547/- from fibre fashion.in which runs facebook page KP_Cart on 13th july 2020 it was prepaid order. But after that we did not receive any message or mail from there side, so i message them on facebook messenger on 18th july 2020 they reply on 19th july 2020 that i will receive parcel on 25th july 2020. i message them on 22nd july 2020 but they block me from facebook but now they have deleted there facebook page and there website doesn’t exist any more and there contact no. is switch off. Please help us to get our money refuned.
