I had paid rs 499 for a Saree and they are not responding . No info on tracking order or payment info

KP_CART SITE.Purchased saree of 300 rs,not recieved order yet,there is no order number generated
KP Cart was a million rupee fraud . They have deleted the page and website as well . Please consumer court and cyber security catch those culprits .
I ordered 3 sarees from KP Cart. Costing Rs. 897. Neither we get any delivery nor any intimation on delay in delivery. Also refund also not received.
