Dear sirs,
Kindly note that I had closed their urbane credit card in the month of jan 2019 itself with one time settlement as I did it they had removed credit card from net banking account,but still they are imposing annual maintenance charges which accumulated to 3236 in the year 2021.when i contacted their customer care they are saying as per bank policy ,customer have to call customer service for the closure not through theirs executives whom they sents for collection of money.i got totally frustrated sir, they asked one of their executives to contact me again to obtain the annual maintenance charges she frequently messaged and called me and assured closure upon payment of 1000.intially I did not agreed but atlast i agreed.now even this month as well they are sending statement with outstanding balance of 2236.totally fed up sir.your kind attention and action is requested in this matter.
