Text of Complaint by Rohan Gorhe:

My name is Rohan Gorhe I have two Personal accounts which are, I have paid all the EMI for both as well as Credit card number till July2023. However, it has become difficult for me to continue paying my EMIs due to Joblessness. I have lost my IT job on 20th June 2023, due to Layoffs. I have been harassed by your recovery agents and I have been threatened that they will come to my home to recover money and also they will call my contacts and references to recover pending EMI, Agents are very rude and arrogant. My mother is 68 years old HEART PATIENT, which I informed the agent. still, she said that she will send recovery agent to my house to recover money. what if something happens to my Mother? who will be responsible for the same? Because of all the pressure and harassments, I am not able to focus on finding a new job and getting depressed which makes me think like committing a suicide. Which deviating me from being positive and find myself a suitable job. I humbly request you to allow me a time of 4 months within which I can get back to work and start paying all the dues in a timely manner. I certainly don’t want to see myself in such situation and I always wanted to payback all the EMIs. Thanks & Regards, Rohan Gorhe
