Hi,
Kotak bank has deducted account maintenance balance more than Rs 500 from last 4 months without sharing the information to me that I have to maintain monthly average balance. Kotak bank account has opened by my previous company after changing the company I rarely use Kotak bank. Few EMI like LIC, Atal Pension Yojana and Loan EMI which is currently handling by in kotak bank account.
After discussing through Kotak bank they inform me I have to maintain average monthly balance of Rs 10000 per day which is not my cup of tea. I had discussion with Kotak bank that why they have not inform me earlier before deducting the amount they told me we have inform you through message.
Its a simple question not from me through all the person “Why Salary account is not a zero balance maintenance account for life time. ” We are a private sector employee whenever we will get a new opportunity we will change the company and all the times in each new company we have to open a new account according to the company.
So, how many account we will maintain as Rs 10000 and if not maintain by us then without informing to us they will deduct the amount without informing to us. 2 times my LIC ECS was bounce just because of account maintenance, one time Kotak loam account also bounce all the time we have to pay the penalty everywhere. So, we request you to please look into these matter seriously and I want to back my money which is more than Rs 2000 back from Kotak bank.
