Text of Complaint by Sudeep Dey:

This is regarding the outstanding amount on my Kotak credit card. My mother is undergoing a treatment hence, it is slightly delayed but, very much within 60 to 90 days bucket. An agent by the name Ganesh Chouhan (98217 97844) have started calling my sister and used all abusive languages against her. He has no rights to call my long distance relative. She has no clue and should not be hold responsible for my dues. These goons of Kotak bank has made multiple calls and harassed my cousin sister. They haven’t stopped and then started calling her widow mother. Her mother’s health was also up to the mark and when they have begged that they have not got any idea, then also these people haven’t stopped troubling her and family.

During this I was not available for sometime and was totally unaware about their behaviour. I had informed the customer care and collection agencies about the delay and already assured about the payment shortly.

I want you guys to take strict action against these goons and also written a mail to Uday Kotak.

my sister may have some recordings with her. Really not appreciate Kotak bank’s behaviour with their customers and feeling insecure to bank with them in future.
