Text of Complaint by UDIT KHAITAN:

we purchased the above mentioned Smart Tv from Flipkart , we also purchased the 3 years extended warranty at the same time from them on 29.10.2020. then we received the TV on 04.11.20202, which was installed by the company person on 06.11.2020 . After a month or so the smart tv started giving problem , we called the customer care and the service person visited our place and checked the problem and told us that there is a problem with the MOTHER BOARD we will replace it one the part is available with us . The service person made some adjustments and the smart tv started to work , since then we are waiting for the part to arrive to the service centre . Now the condition is such ,some time the tv is not working , if working sound goes off or it automatically turns very high , some time remote is not working , some time remote is not accessing the tv , some time the picture of the screen goes blaar / hassy , etc. It seems that our hard earn money has gone to the drain . a company like KODAK and the marketing partner like FLIPKART is having such a third class product to sale to its consumers . and JEEVES being the service partner is hopeless. i would request the person concerned to take the matter seriously as please replace the product with the new piece. we are waiting for the reply. Else we don’t have the option but to file a case in consumer form and MRTP against the manufacturer (KODAK , service provider (JEEVES ) and marketing agency (FlipKart ) .
