I am writing to request a refund for a faulty device that I purchased from your website. I recently received my order, which was a KODAK 7XPro 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with 40W Sound Output & Bezel-Less Design, but unfortunately, the display is of poor quality and not up to the standards that were advertised on your website.
I have already tried troubleshooting the issue and have consulted with technical support, but the display problem persists. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and I do not think it is acceptable to pay the full price for a defective device.
Therefore, I would like to request a full refund for the purchase price of the KODAK 7XPro 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with 40W Sound Output & Bezel-Less Design.
