I ordered an earbuds from Kishop.in for ₹1199, but received a fake and low-quality product that is completely different from what was shown on the website.
I paid via Google Pay to the delivery agent’s UPI (rajg68371-1@oksbi) under the name Rajeshwar Lal Gupta. After receiving the fake product, I immediately emailed support@kishop.in requesting a refund, but there has been no response.
It appears to be a scam and many others are facing the same issue from this company.
Please take strict action and help me get my refund. I have attached images of the fake product and payment proof.
